MACHINE FEATURES

DDL380 horizontal directional drill machine is a new model machine. In uniform or mixed earth it can drill cross 500 meters long and 1000mm diameter pipeline.

DDL380 equipped with Cummins C215 engine. The outlet power reaches to 161KW. The machine equipped with high quality gear-track working system. It also equipped with semi-auto drill rod loading system and semi-auto anchor system.

A  Push-pull System

The pull-push system employed the high quality gear-track parts which makes it work more reliable and stable.

B    Steel track with rubber chain cover

This designation of the track makes it easy to assemble and maintain.

C   Power head

The power head can work in two speeds. During the process of thrust and back drag, it works in low speed. During the process of loading and unloading drill rod, it works in high speed to increase the work efficiency.

D   Rotating Holder

Semi-automatic drill rod holder reduces the worker’s force and improves the work efficiency.

E   Mud pump

DDL380 employs mud pump——BW-450. Its max mud flow reaches to 450 liters per minute. The pressure reaches to 8 Mpa. This pump equipped with two types of cylinder and it can work in four speeds.

F   Engine

DDL380 equipped with Cummins 6CTA8.3-C215 engine. The outlet power is 161KW.
