MACHINE FEATURES

DL280-II horizontal directional drilling machine can be applied to underground construction of cable and pipelines. In uniform or mixed earth it can drill cross 500 meters long and 800mm diameter pipeline.

DL280II i s a improved model of DL280. It keeps the DL280’s advantage of being reliable and powerful. It has clarify system and higher working speed. For the convinence of maintainence, the cover of DL280II is designed as a whole cover.

The machine uses five pumps hydraulic system with two hydraulic oil tanks,water cooling system which enables it work in hot area. The power head is driven by four motors.

A   The working table

The working table is composed of the instrument, buttons and handling stick. The machine will work under the order of these components.

B    Oil cylinder and chain system

The oil cylinder push pull system offers the drill rigs the most predominant out power. It can work efficiently even when the backward force reach its max force.

C    Steel track with rubber chain cover

This designation of the track makes it easy to assemble and maintain.

D  Mud pump

DL280 employs Hengyang brand mud pump——BW-250. Its max mud flow reaches to 250 liters per minute. The pressure reaches to 7 Mpa. This pump equipped with two types of cylinder and four speeds.

E   Power head

The power head can work in two speeds. During the process of thrust and back drag, it works in low speed. During the process of loading and unloading drill rod, it works in high speed to increase the work efficiency.

F   Engine
